The OECD's Green Growth Strategy In 2011, the OECD will present its strategy for green growth. Much is still to be done to adopt green taxes and systems of tradable permits, actions that a period of deepening deficits is ready to accept. Since firms are allergic to uncertainty, the rates set for taxes must be foreseeable and credible enough to encourage investments in innovations.
