	Résumé	L'article propose une analyse réflexive sur les trente dernières années (1996-2022) des échanges scientifiques qui ont contribué à construire le champ des communications organisationnelles en France au sein du groupe d'études Org&Co de de la Société Française des Sciences de l'Information et de la Communication. Ces échanges – professionnels/publics – sont à la fois issus des formes communicationnelles empruntées et héritées du monde académique et du travail communicationnel des participants – professeurs, enseignants-chercheurs et doctorants –, impacté par les transformations des universités et des conditions de la recherche en sciences humaines et sociales. 	Résumé anglais	This article proposes a reflexive analysis over the last thirty years (1996-2022) of the scientific exchanges that have contributed to the construction of the field of organizational communications in France within the Org&Co study group of the French Society of Information and Communication Sciences. These professional/public exchanges stem both from the communicative forms borrowed and inherited from the academic world and from the communicative work of the participants –professors, teacher–researchers and doctoral students-, impacted by the transformations of the universities and the conditions of research in the humanities and social sciences.
