| Résumé |
Depuis le coup d'État du 25 juillet 2021, la transition
démocratique, intervenue en 2011 après la chute de Ben Ali, a
connu un coup d'arrêt. Au nom de l'état d'exception, le président
Kaïs Saïed a systématiquement détricoté tout l'édifice imaginé
pendant la décennie postrévolutionnaire pour parer au retour
de la dictature. Profitant des errements de la classe politique
et du mécontentement populaire, il a progressivement installé
un régime hyper-présidentiel hostile aux corps intermédiaires.
Alors que les différentes consultations populaires ont mis
en lumière le peu d'enthousiasme des Tunisiens pour cette
entreprise, il a pu compter sur une partie importante des élites

Since the coup of July 25th, 2021, the democratic transition
that took place in 2011 after the fall of Ben Ali, has come to a
standstill. In the name of the state of emergency, President
Kaïs Saïed has systematically unravelled the whole edifice
imagined during the post-revolutionary decade to prevent the
return of dictatorship. Taking advantage of the errors of the
political class and popular discontent, he gradually installed a
hyper-presidential regime hostile to intermediary bodies. While
the various popular consultations have highlighted the lack of
enthusiasm of Tunisians for this undertaking, he was able to
count on a large part of the elites who paradoxically supported
