| Résumé |
Il s'agit ici de documenter les associations féministes tunisiennes
ayant développé un féminisme qui se veut autonome et
différent du féminisme d'État, porté par les dirigeants depuis
l'indépendance avec l'adoption du Code du Statut Personnel qui
a reconnu des droits importants aux femmes tout en maintenant
des discriminations fondées sur des normes patriarcales
empreintes de sacralité. En s'attelant à mettre en lumière les
différentes campagnes menées par ces associations pour la
reconnaissance des droits des femmes sur la base de l'égalité
entre les sexes et l'amélioration de leur condition dans un
contexte marqué par la consécration des référents religieux, une
remise en cause des acquis de l'État civil fondé sur la citoyenneté
et la primauté de la loi, une restriction de l'exercice des droits et
libertés publiques et individuelles, le pouvoir absolu du chef de
l'État et la fragilisation des droits et libertés, ce texte revient sur
l'importance du mouvement féministe tunisien autonome dans
le dynamisme démocratique du pays. À l'heure où ce dernier
est fortement remis en cause, il s'agit de souligner la nécessité
d'existence de cette société civile féministe en Tunisie ainsi
que l'intérêt particulier que revêt son indépendance dans un

The aim here is to document the Tunisian feminist associations
that have developed a feminism that aims to be autonomous and
different from the State feminism promoted by the government
since independence with the adoption of the Personal Status
Code, which recognised important rights for women while
maintaining discrimination based on patriarchal norms imbued
with sacredness. By highlighting the various campaigns led by
these associations for the recognition of women's rights on the
basis of gender equality and the improvement of their condition
in a context marked by the consecration of religious references,
