L'organisation est un univers renfermant plusieurs interactions disparates où les divers intervenants sont astreints d'agir dans un sens comme dans un autre. A cet effet, elle doit affronter de face un paradoxe consistant à maintenir une certaine homéostasie, tout en s'adaptant à un environnement en perpétuelle mutation. Partant de ces attributs, le présent article démontre en quoi et sur quoi, l'approche systémique aide à comprendre les interdépendances au sein des organisations publiques à Madagascar. The organization is a universe of scattered interactions where various actors are obliged to act in one way or another. To this end, it has to face up to the paradox of maintaining a certain homeostasis while adapting to a constantly changing environment. Based on these attributes, this article demonstrates how and on what basis the systemic approach helps understand the interdependencies within public organizations in Madagascar.
