Comment le processus de patrimonialisation a-t-il permis qu'une commune minière, Loos-en-Gohelle, héritière d'un monde en « ruine », se relève et passe « du noir au vert » ? Si cette commune a réussi à reconnaître, gérer et animer les communs de son territoire, c'est parce qu'elle a sû se transformer en interne pour porter et piloter ce changement de trajectoire ; assumer des arbitrages politiques forts ; créer des espaces de révélation des attachements et de délibération ; et faire alliance avec les habitants et le tissu associatif et économique, sans tomber dans les écueils de la muséification ou du marketing territorial. How has the heritage process enabled Loos-en-Gohelle, a mining commune and heir to a world in “ruins”, to get back on its feet and move “from black to green”? If this municipality has succeeded in recognising, managing and animating the commons of its territory, it is because it has been able to transform itself internally to support and steer this change of trajectory; to assume strong political arbitrations; to create spaces for the revelation of attachments and deliberation; and to make an alliance with the inhabitants and the associative and economic fabric, without falling into the pitfalls of museification or territorial marketing.
