With a focus on Hubei Province, this paper analyzes the coordinated development of the financial and tourism industries in the province and finds that it has made a series of innovations, such as creating the first financial tourism products and creating the second tourism financial trading platform in China. Through a case analysis, the synergy development between finance and tourism industries in Hubei Province is compared with that in Anhui Province. It analyzes ways to better coordinate the development of these two industries in Hubei Province. It was found that Hubei Province can apply the policy recommendations identified in the Anhui case. It also recommends making adjustments according to the specific conditions in the province, being good at using policy advantages, seizing opportunities, and developing tourism financial applications with Hubei characteristics.
