La prise en soins en addictologie se veut inclusive, inconditionnelle et non jugeante. Cependant, les personnes sourdes et malentendantes se heurtent à des problèmes d'accès aux soins. Cet article coordonné par le Groupe Addiction Sourds rassemble quatre communications : le témoignage d'un patient de la cure innovante au CHU Montpellier, une enquête socio-anthropologique exploratrice, et les retours d'un médecin addictologue signant et de la cheffe de service accueillant les premières cures de sevrage en LSF, à Montpellier. Addiction care is intended to be inclusive, unconditional, and non-judgmental. However, deaf and hard-of-hearing people often have problems accessing care. This article, coordinated by the Groupe Addiction Sourds (Deaf Addiction Group), brings together four papers: the testimony of a patient from the innovative treatment program at the University Hospital of Montpellier, an exploratory socio-anthropological survey, and contributions from a signing addictologist and the head of the department hosting the first French sign language (LSF) drug withdrawal treatment programs in Montpellier.
