Quelles sont les difficultés rencontrées par les PME lorsqu'elles sont contraintes d'intégrer des normes règlementaires ou volontaires dans le cadre de leur stratégie de développement ? Le présent article décrit l'accompagnement du processus d'intégration normative d'une petite entreprise par le biais d'une recherche-intervention longitudinale de 6 années menée avec la méthodologie d'intervention du management socio-économique. C'est dans ce contexte que nous évaluons les contributions d'un renforcement préalable de l'infrastructure de l'organisation à la démarche d'intégration normative. La mobilisation des notions de cohérence (stratégique puis opérationnelle) et de cohésion permet le renforcement de ce que nous avons identifié comme le « socle managérial » de l'organisation. What are the difficulties encountered by SMEs when they are forced to integrate regulatory or voluntary standards into the framework of their development strategy. This article describes a small business's normative integration process through a 6-year longitudinal intervention research study conducted with the intervention methodology of socio-economic approach to management. It is in this context that we evaluate the contributions of prior strengthening of the organization's infrastructure to the normative integration process. The use of notions of coherence (strategic as well as operational) and cohesion allow the strengthening of what we have identified as the “managerial base” of the organization.
