      L'objectif de cette étude est de caractériser la culture et la structure organisationnelle actuelle dans le I.T.Q. qui favorisent l'intégration de la Dimension Organisationnelle du Modèle Éducatif pour le XXIe siècle. Les résultats de Docs et de l'analyse fonctionnelle montre que l'adaptabilité, l'autonomisation, l'apprentissage organisationnel et l'approche matricielle sont des critères favorable ; à l'intégration des enseignants de différentes disciplines comme chefs de projet.
      DOCS and Functional Analysis, a Comprehensive Diagnosis of ITQ. The purpose of this study is to characterize cultural patterns and current organizational structure at I.T.Q. that promote the implementation of Organizational Dimension of Educational Model for the 21st century. DOCS and functional analysis were applied. Results refer to adaptability, organizational learning and empowerment, as favorable traits ; as well as matrix management to integrate teachers of different areas as project managers.

      La capacité des petites et moyennes entreprises de l'État de Sinaloa au Mexique, dépend de leur productivité et de leur bonne gestion. Les entrepreneurs, producteurs de Tilapia dans la région de Guasave, cherchent à créer de la valeur économique tout en mettant l'accent sur la durabilité de leurs projets. Cette approche leur permet d'identifier des stratégies pour augmenter la probabilité d'atteindre des niveaux de productivité acceptables, en s'appropriant les processus administratifs de contrôle financier afin d'inscrire le positionnement de l'entreprise sur le long terme. Le premier objectif de la recherche était de trouver les facteurs qui décrivent le mieux la durabilité, à travers une immersion dans la gestion des exploitations produisant du Tilapia. Pour ce faire, il a fallu prendre en compte la viabilité de l'entreprise, la durabilité, la protection de l'environnement, l'appropriation technologique, la productivité, la capacité administrative et la création de valeur. Le deuxième objectif était de valider les résultats de l'enquête et son adéquation avec la planification stratégique mise en œuvre par la famille Ahumada, propriétaires de cette ferme de Tilapia.
      The Creation of Value Under the Sustainability Strategic Approach. Case Study : Ahumada Tilapia Farm. El Alamito, Guasave, SinaloaGenerating cash flows, from the point of view of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, is based on productivity and administrative capacity. Entrepreneurs producing Tilapia in the region of Guasave, Sinaloa, Mexico seek to create economic value by addressing the administration of their projects under the approach of sustainability. It allows them identifying strategies that increase the probability of achieving acceptable productivity levels, through appropriation of the financial control administrative process aimed at monitoring of the positioning of the business in the long term. The first objective of the research was to find the determinants factors that describe the approach to sustainability in the administration of the farms producing tilapia by analyzing the perception about the feasibility of business, sustainability, care of the environment, technological appropriation, productivity, administrative capacity and value creation ; the second objective was to validate the results of the survey with the strategic planning implemented by the family owners of the Ahumada tilapia-producing farm.

      Afin d'établir les bases pour appréhender l'externalisation de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises publiques argentines et des personnes morales avec participation de l'État, la présentation obligatoire d'un rapport social est demandée à ces organisations.Dans ce travail, les critères de sélection des indicateurs pour mesurer l'impact, les exigences pour produire la durabilité des actions institutionnelles et les procédures, sont définies pour faire une divulgation pertinente de l'activité de l'État et apporter ainsi une meilleure crédibilité à l'information.
      Social Report of Public Enterprises and External Verification Procedure. Draft National Law in ArgentinaIn order to lay the foundations for externalization of the corporate social responsibility of the companies belonging to the national government and of those for which it holds shares in Argentina, the mandatory presentation of a Social Balance for such entities is encouraged.In this work, we show the selection criteria of indicators to measure the impact, the requirements for producing sustainability of institutional actions, and procedures to form a proper disclosure of the activity of the State, which will provide credibility to the information.

      L'objet de cet article est l'analyse de la participation de l'Université Publique espagnole à la politique nationale de coopération au développement. Bien qu'il s'intègre dans une recherche plus vaste, il nous a fallu prendre en compte à la fois les ressources disponibles pour cette analyse et le degré de transparence des informations transmises par les Universités dans ce domaine. De plus, nous aovns intégré les variables qui conditionnent sa réalisation, son efficacité et son impact. Par ailleurs, avant d'analyser l'information publiée par les Universités, tant au niveau économique qu'académique, nous avons tenté de délimiter le concept et de le contextualiser à partir de la réalité actuelle des Universités.
      Review of the Information Published by Spanish Universities in the Field of International Cooperation
      This paper aims at analyzing the participation of Spanish Public University in National Policy of Development Cooperation. Although it covers a wider investigation, the resources allocated to it, the information transparency policies of universities in this field, the variables that determine its performance, efficiency and the effectiveness and the impact of such actions, in this paper, we study and discuss cooperation development concept and its contextualization from the current reality of Universities.

      L'objectif de ce travail est d'améliorer la perception de la recherche basée sur des études de cas et fournir ainsi une méthode alternative pour la réalisation de thèses de doctorat en sciences de gestion. D'une part, nous proposons des critères pour classer et nommer les divers rapports de recherche pertinents dans ces disciplines. D'autre part, nous présentons un design de recherche intégrant les critères de qualité d'une recherche scientifique et ce dans l'objectif d'aboutir à des thèses mieux perçues et mieux évaluées.
      A Proposal of Research Design in Management Science
      The aims of this work is to improve the perception of research conducted through case studies and to provide an alternative for conducting graduate thesis in management sciences. We propose some criteria for classifying and naming the various kind of research reports that are relevant in these disciplines and a research design emphasizing on compliance with the quality standards in scientific research for a better reception and of evolution of the resulting theses
